Bored like @*#$&
It will arrive within two or three weeks. Well it sounds neither long nor short. But I'll have to wait...
Holidays have been boring. Yes my holidays are always like that. Wake up in the morning, online, TV, blogging, Word Challenging-ing, study(probably), sleeping, TV(did I repeat that?)...............
Gosh what else can I do? I'm so desperately waiting for my drums to come so that I can have a better life during holidays. Yessssss, much more better.
Exam is coming and believe it or not I haven't open-house my books yet. With such hot weather in KK(or Sabah, or Malaysia...whatever), how could I sit there and concentrate on studying? Yes blame on the weather... and sometimes Badawi for cutting of our electricity often. (Hehe)
By the way, my band and I are still not jamming this week*grunt* . I'm worried about this, worried about how good can Jeremiah sing(not criticizing seriously), how well can Jacintha play on the guitar(I've never seen before), how long will Michelle take to find herself a keyboard, how smooth can our practices go...etc etc etc etc ect ect ect... Arghhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At least I know where am I now. We've got plenty of strong rivals like Benji and the bois(Marstajin), Karen's dancing team, probably the XIAO class band or some other Cina Cina bands(the Cina bands are not included), haha I'm so mean! Can we handle it? (I have no idea)
I need support.
Damn I'm addicted to this video.
Hahahahahahahahahaha! Over!

Getting a Drumset
Alright let's get into the main topic. Yes I'm a getting a DRUMSET! *Oh my Gosh!* Seriously I can't believe I'm getting one so soon. Actually my family and I planned to get one after our new house is completed, which is at infinite time to come(it's so slow). I've always been rejected buying one evertime I asked my mom. BUT three days ago, I asked my mom in a very serious tone... And guess what? She AGREED! *astonished* (I love my mom)
I talked to Boren(my ex-teacher) on the phone for the past few days regarding the buying of my drumset. I wanted the brand SONOR (that's why I called him), and he suggested me to buy Sonor force series 1007.
Sonor 1007 Force Series
Piano black on a drumset?*Cool*
Anyways I'm forced to change the drumskin from REMO to AQUARIAN when it arrives here from KL. Sonor drums are great but their prices are high. That's why they display cheap skins on their drums so the overall price will be lower. But changing the skins is quite costly (Ouch!). Boren has chosen a set of cymbals, the brand is called STAGG. Be frank, I've never heard of this brand before. But I think it should be average good. The total amount of my drumset is around RM5000++(oolalaa~) and it takes two to three weeks to ship the whole set here. I gotta be patient...How I wish I can have branded cymbals. Take a look at these:
Ufip cymbals *drools*
Sabian Cymbals *nose bleed*
Zildjian Cymbals *fainted*
If I were a millionaire, I would purchase all these, ALL OF THEM!!! *dreaming*
Mike Johnston the drum teacher:
Drools his drumset :D
Finally...Holidays!
This game is probably the best PC game I have ever played in my whole life. Seriously it was so so real. I bet they earn a lot of money selling millions of these copies around the globe.
My rating:
Graphic =9.5
Audio=9.5
Gameplay=9.5
Overall=9.5(Hehe) :)
If you're a gamer, this piece of gameplay will really put a smile on your face. It's just so great. But too bad for me cause I just finished it within a few days...(grudging)
By the way, Family Guy rocks!

~Marine Ate Steak!~
Fay and I talked about our practice during math lesson. We can't wait for it. But unfortunately we're facing some problems. We don't have a jamming place like others have. So I planned to buy myself a drumset. Well this is not the first time that I think about this matter. How could a drummer can improve more without having his own drumset? My biggest problem is that I don't have a place to display my drumset. BUT smart Fay suggested me to buy a cheaper one and keep it in my store room so that I can use it when we practice. Ain't that smart? Or just that I'm dumb for not have thought about it earlier. I'll negotiate with my mum tonight that I'll need a drumset ASAP! When it comes to my budget, my thoughts just keep lingering around my mind. Probably I should just buy a RM1000+ for temporary only.
In order to prepare for the competition, I've currently changed my grip from normal(modern) drumsticks grip to traditional grip. My teacher thought me that, and I found out it was quite difficult when I just picked up this grip. Now I think it's quite cool actually to hold the left hand stick like that.
Found a funny cartoon video on Youtube.

Long Waiting First Entry
I can't believe that Arsenal actually beat Sheffield United 6-0, I was stunned when I heard about it this morning, they have thrashed them like professionals vs amateurs. Well they have made a great start this season and sit at the top of the table at the moment. Cheers for the Gunners!
Anyways, I lent my sister's guitar and amp to Fay just now. And guess what we're up to? Yeah we're playing in the TTSS star talent competition this year end(well it's coming soon) and we're ready to prepare every single note we are gonna play. This thingy is organized by the TTSS Drama Club(a great club) and tonnes of people have registered themselves to "discover" their talents(as what the posters display). I think it's a good thing for everyone, it's a chance for every student in this school to present themselves in front of thousands of people(yeah you need guts) and to make sure you don't shiver like cold cats. Actually I don't think I'm called talented in what I'm playing. Well, my point of view is that MOST of the Asians(or Malaysians) don't have the required talent to be professional musicians(no offence cause I'm included). Yeah it sounds sad for people who like music like me but we need to adapt it first if we are not talented like other people. And I discovered that hard work makes a lot of difference in what you zealous of having it.
Music industries are just too~ wide. I actually planned to study music when I graduate after SPM but after million times of thinking, I think it's not really worth it. It is so risky for me. If I want to, first of all I have to get out of KK. I mean... you can't see any future in music in this place can you? They don't provide facilities as much as KL and other countries. Gosh I just don't know what am I gonna study if I get to finish my A levels in IS after my SPM. Maybe tourism & hospitality? Account(I suck)? Hotel management(sounds cool)? Chef(I'm hungry)? Arggghhhh! Whatever... It takes time...
