Great sax-ists

I surfed youtube for the whole night yesterday

And I found some really great saxophonists

One of the them is a GIRL!
No criticism to females but I seldom see them play good woodwinds

:0!!!
She's so good in it!
Couldn't believe what I saw, she plays it like Kenny G!
Koreans have got talents. She was so smart in applying jazz licks in a slow pop song:)

I think I'ma learn this song. This song is almost perfect except for the harshy xtra high notes and the poor body language she had.

Dave Koz and Danny Jung(another korean)
Great performance this is. Most of all great partnership and body language:)

I think I should really get back to my practice=.=

I wanna throw out whenever I hear 'you raise me up'... Had too much

Back once again

Allo peopz! How were hols? Mine were great :)

Now everyone's talking about the teachers' day performance thingy... Audition is near and I believe everybody's rushing (include me) hehe

I actually shouldn't be where I am right now. Playing for the science stream. Well it's all started with Jon, Alex, Steffi and I forming a classical band. After knowing that there will be only one group selected from each form plus science stream needed a music department so we merged into their performance.

Came back from KL last sunday. There's only one intention of going there i.e.
GET A SAX

Arrived KL on friday 12noon. Went to Bukit Bintang for sax haunting and I was so unlucky that they didn't have all the models. But they did sell quite a wide varieties of cymbals :)

Look! :)

Chinas

Hmmm wonder how much eh?

You wouldn't wanna know

Various types of congas and drumsets

After that my mom and I went to Starhill for a walk(I dono why we went there)
It's not the same since the time I came when I was still a li'l kid

It's full of branded shops now like Louis Vuitton, Dior, Rolex and stuff. High class shopping mall.

But the inner design of the mall was cool. Classic

We went Damansara after that for another music shop. It's the same as the Bukit Bintang one but this one is HQ :)

My apologize for not taking any pics there for we were rushing to it coz the business hour was almost over when we got there.

But oh well I DID GET A SAX =)

That's a soft sax case looks like a luggage eh?

The brand is called Jupiter
Ju-pi-ter yes... :)

Nowadays soft case...

There you go :)

I can see myself through the reflection =P

Strap, mouthpiece and its protector

Reeds and mouthpiece sticker

Sax swab, neck brush and reed case

Lacquer polish

Well the agent who sold me the sax gave me all these (as shown above) for free expect for the polish :) How nice... =)

The day when we came back to KK. I realised that I didn't buy any clothing :0

Not even one. Unbelievable? Believe it!

LOL

Had a great day with friends on Monday. Together we performed in a wedding (gigs)

Ta-da!!!

Yes I know I need a haricut... like real soon

Pics of the wedding coming soon only here :)
